At Wal-Mart  the other day I encountered a total freak. I was walking through the store with my cart , getting some groceries. I noticed this man and elderly woman walking together. Everywhere I went in the store , they were there. Every time I turned into a new aisle , the man would get behind the woman and stick his tongue out at me , lolling it pervertedly. What a creep. I got outta there as fast as I could. Yuck.

I've been watching Le Portrait de Petit Cossette OAV. It's very sureal. The animation is great though , esp. on the backgrounds. For some scenes I swear I thought it was a photograph or had lapsed into live action.

I'm still reading Anathem. It is a hard read , but I recant my earlier harsh review of it. It has a great story. The world is very strange. It is like modern day Earth and yet so different. I can't wait to get to the end.

Another freak that I've been hearing about on the news. Apparently some idiotic woman decided that six children were not enough , so she got insemenated with EIGHT more embryos. She now has 14 children. She lives in a 3 bedroom house with her parents and is single and unemployed. Someone needs to slap some sense into this dumbass chic. The real kicker is that she has now set up a website asking for donations to help out her family. I won't give anyone the satisfaction of visiting this website , but I can only imagine the flame wars that she is going to get. Some people think they are entitled to a free ride.

What pisses me off about in vitro fertilization , is that people will go at any lengths to give birth to a child , even if it means that they give birth to multiple babies at a time. Why are they so desperate to ahve this procedure when adoption surely does not cost any more that in vitro fertilization does? There are millions of children around the world who are orphans , or who have unimaginably hellish lives at theirhomes. No one wants them. None of these "desperate" people are willing to adopt a child.

And clearly there are no standards for who can have in vitro fertilization. This woman did not need any kids. 6 are enough for any person to deal with and any doctor who knows anything should have known this. She was probably screwing the doctor that did the procedure :/

The American taxpayers are going to pay for these children to grow up. I do not fault the children themselves , and I hope they have a happy and healthy life. They did not ask to be born to a moron . Its just sad how stupid and irresponsible people can be sometimes.
